Duplicate, export, and import setlists

Reuse an existing running order or move an editable setlist package between Setz users.

Duplicate inside Setz

The copy keeps the ordered songs, group assignment, teleprompter filter, pause settings, and Set Flow configuration. It is not marked Today.

  1. 1Open the setlist, open its menu, and choose Duplicate Setlist.
  2. 2Enter a name for the copy and choose Duplicate.

Export an editable package

  1. 1On the Setlists screen, swipe right on a setlist and choose Export.
  2. 2Use the device share sheet to save or send the JSON file.
Note:The package contains the setlist and ordered song basics: band name/logo, titles, duration, tunings, and segue. It does not carry lyrics, BPM, Pro Tools memory locations, or MIDI configuration.

Import a package

  1. 1Open Setlists and choose Import Setlist.
  2. 2Pick a Setz setlist-package JSON file.
  3. 3Setz reuses a band with the same name or creates one, reuses matching song titles or creates them, and assigns a unique setlist name if needed.
  4. 4Open the imported setlist and verify its band, logo, songs, tunings, and order.
