Terms of Service

By accessing or using Setz, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Setz. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

The Service

Setz provides tools to create, organize, and manage setlists and related content. We may change, update, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Accounts

You may need an account to use certain features.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms or used the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for Setz or others.

User Content

User Content includes anything you create, upload, input, or store in the service, including setlists, notes, metadata, titles, and other text.

As between you and Setz, you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant Setz a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and provide the service, including saving setlists, syncing them across devices, and displaying them in the app.

You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the service for illegal activities;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with or disrupt the service, including hacking, scraping, or introducing malware;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where prohibited by law;
• abuse or exploit the service in a way that harms Setz or other users.

Subscriptions and Billing

Setz offers paid subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Current plans include $2.99 per month or $29.99 per year. Pricing may vary by region and taxes may apply.

Purchases are processed by Apple and billed to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID or App Store account settings. Apple or Setz may adjust pricing from time to time, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's policies unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, branding, logos, and software, is owned by Setz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service unless we give you written permission.

Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setz disclaims all express and implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Setz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Setz's total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Setz for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $50, whichever is greater, unless required by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Setz and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, your use poses a security risk, or we are required to do so by law. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law, including in the app or by updating the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the state law designated by Not Null, LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
