Invite members and assign VIEW or EDIT access

Open Band Access

1. 1Open Bands, edit the band, and choose Manage Access.
2. 2Review Your Access, the plan owner, available seats, current members, and pending invitations.

Invite someone

1. 1Choose invite by email to invite an existing or new Setz account, or search by username with at least three characters.
2. 2Choose VIEW or EDIT permission.
3. 3Send the invitation. The recipient must sign in to their own account and explicitly accept it.

Understand permissions

• VIEW members can see the shared band data. They can edit setlists they own, but not setlists owned by someone else.
• EDIT members can change shared band data, manage members and invitations, and edit Set Flow.
• The owner can change a member between VIEW and EDIT or revoke access.
