Work offline and keep devices in sync

How Setz saves

Setz keeps working data on the device and syncs accessible bands, songs, setlists, setlist order, and media with the cloud. When the app reports Sync delayed, the change remains saved on that device and Setz schedules another cloud attempt.

Refresh shared data

1. 1Connect to the internet and open the relevant Bands, Songs, or Setlists screen.
2. 2Pull down to refresh. In an open setlist, use the cloud refresh icon when you need the latest shared copy.
3. 3Wait for any Syncing data or Refreshing images indicator to finish before going offline.

Pre-show offline check

1. 1On every performance device, open Setz online and refresh the band's content.
2. 2Open the show setlist and Teleprompter so logos and lyric images are cached.
3. 3Temporarily disable Wi-Fi/cellular and page through the setlist.
4. 4Reconnect afterward so any final changes can sync.
